Organisations developing the areaTherer are several organisations in Haparanda Tornio that are actively involved in developing the area. In most cases the work is done in different projects that aim to develop the towns, their economical life and choices for people and enterprises. The carrying thought is to increase cross border co-operation in order to facilitate teh everyday life on the cross border area for people and enterprises. Many of the projects have been going on for several years and have lead to activities that today belong to the area´s ever day life.
